With over 400 works in it's permanent collection and featured touring exhibitions, the Museum of Contemporary Art provides a broad view of well-known and emerging artists from around the world.

The collection of photographs, folk art and artifacts chronicles the variety of peoples and cultures of South Florida. Its Tropical Dreams exhibit illustrates South Florida's history from it's geological foundation to the modern challenges of its diverse peoples.

Located at the University of Miami, the Lowe Museum has a collection of over 10,000 works and artifacts and features internationally touring exhibitions.
Greek antiquities, Renaissance paintings, Asian art, African art, and contemporary pieces are included in the collection.

With a changing variety of fun, interactive exhibits, the Miami Museum of Science is a great place to spend the day with the kids.
Permanent exhibits include building block areas for the toddlers and a Sports Challenge exhibit for older children. The planetarium has daily afternoon shows for those interested in astronomy, and the ever popular laser light shows on weekend nights for fans of classic rock.
